  • Strong C# fundamentals and understanding of design patterns
  • Experience with 2D or 2.5D game development
  • Comfort with Git-based workflows and code review culture
  • Passion for cozy, feel-good games (nice-to-have but we'll know)
  • Experience with procedural generation is a huge bonus

Game & UI Artist

  • Design and iterate on the game's visual identity and style guide
  • Build clean, responsive UI layouts that feel warm and inviting

  • Familiarity with Unity's UI system (Canvas, TextMeshPro)
  • Eye for color, layout, and subtle visual storytelling
  • Bonus: experience with motion design / micro-interactions
  • Double bonus: you like cats

Technical Artist

In-personFull-time

What you'll do

  • Bridge the gap between art and engineering — shaders, VFX, tools
  • Create and optimize shaders for stylized 2D/2.5D rendering
  • Build artist-friendly tools and workflows in Unity
  • Implement visual effects (particles, lighting, post-processing)
  • Profile and optimize rendering performance across platforms
  • Document pipelines and maintain art-tech standards

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years as a technical artist or similar role in games (must-have)
  • Proficiency with Unity's shader graph and/or HLSL
  • Understanding of rendering pipelines (URP preferred)
  • Ability to write editor scripts and custom tools in C#
  • An eye for visual polish and attention to subtle details
  • Experience with stylized or non-photorealistic rendering (nice-to-have)

Junior Software Engineer (Backend + Unity)

In-personFull-time

No experience required

What you'll do

  • Assist with AWS infrastructure and Terraform projects as needed
  • Write and maintain backend services that support live game features
  • Participate in code reviews and learn from senior engineers
  • Contribute to internal tooling and CI/CD pipelines

What we're looking for

  • At least one shipped Unity project — personal, game jam, or school project (must-have)
  • Basic understanding of C# and willingness to learn fast
  • Curiosity about backend systems, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps
  • Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
  • Eagerness to grow into a hybrid gameplay + infrastructure role
  • Bonus: any exposure to AWS, Terraform, or server-side code

2D Animator

In-personContract

No experience required.

What you'll do

  • Create fluid 2D animations for characters, creatures, and UI elements
  • Rig characters for skeletal animation — preferably within Unity
  • Collaborate with artists and developers to define animation style and timing
  • Implement animations in Unity and ensure they feel responsive in-game
  • Iterate on animations based on playtesting and team feedback

What we're looking for

  • Ability to rig and animate 2D characters (must-have)
  • Experience with Unity's animation system (Animator, blend trees) is a strong plus
  • A portfolio or reel showing your animation work — any style welcome
  • Interest in technical art or willingness to pick up shader/VFX basics (nice-to-have)
  • Passion for expressive, personality-driven animation
  • Bonus: experience with Spine, DragonBones, or similar 2D animation tools
